We were asked to improve awareness of UBS’s premium student accommodation portfolio, managed by USL. Located in Belfast, Newcastle and London the ‘houses’ offer national and international students a chance to stay in quality studio, flats and bedrooms whilst benefitting from serviced space and social living.
With a mutli-disciplined creative approach we fused design, digital, social and all PR channels to create a joined up strategy. Each house needed an identity to reflect their unique personality and location. Commissioned photoshoots, time lapse videos, PR events, brand and web design, printed material and social media campaigns were all strategically implemented for each property. Each channel was created with a synergy to allow them to sit cohesively under the one UBS umbrella. In a short amount of time we have already achieved substantial results, increasing interest and uptake, growing social media followings and increasing traffic and conversions… and we have only just got started.
