The brief
In the absence of a London showroom and in the midst of a pandemic, we launched V-ZUG in the UK. The sustainably conscious, premium, kitchen appliance brand wanted to introduce itself to the top 50 architect and kitchen designers in the country. Virtually. Focusing on the message of responsible luxury.

Our answer
Pre event we sent an invite to our target audience’s homes, in the form of a beautifully crafted box containing a native sapling. By gifting a tree, we tangibly reinforced the sustainability of the brand and encouraged each recipient to partake in their own act of reducing CO2. We also followed through with a series of online e-comms to secure registration for the launch.
Creating virtual engagement
Double the expected audience took to their virtual seats to watch Oliver Heath, a Biophilic architect & designer, present our live event. Discussions with Penny Mosgrove of Quintessentuially Estates and V-Zug’s UK MD as well as live polls kept viewers engaged.
Swissability
We created a series of films to work in between the live interviews. Revealing the origins, Swissness, quality and precision of the product and service of the V-ZUG brand.
The impact
With a list of around fifty architects and designers that they needed to connect with, V-ZUG were impressed when more than double that number actually tuned in, got involved and stayed to the end. Our ‘invitation’ of the tree sapling had not only attracted a greater audience, it was a message in itself and a hit on social media. So much so that the V-ZUG’s arrival in the UK was widely known in the industry even before the event.
“Just received my sustainable tree, blown away already - can’t wait to experience the live event!”
